This father thinks he is just opening his secret santa gift, then THIS happened.

A woman in Mississippi surprised her father with a meaningful Secret Santa gift this year, one that restored a prized possession and fulfilled a promise she made to herself as a child.

Lindsey Moore shared the heartwarming story on TikTok, where she posted a video of her father's emotional reaction to receiving the gift. As her mother reads aloud the card Moore wrote to him, he becomes visibly choked up.

In the card, Moore writes about her childhood memory of her father having to sell his prized rookie Dan Marino football card for extra cash when she was 7 years old. She describes the impact the sacrifice had on her, teaching her the value of family and the importance of working hard to ensure a brighter future.

"Money was tight, so you were selling your most prized possession – at least what I viewed it as," Moore wrote. "I felt your sacrifice and it taught me that I would do whatever necessary to ensure my future family never needed for anything. It was a lesson that has stuck with me since that moment and taught me the value of the greater good."
